WINTER WEDDING - SHOES, CLOAKS/CAPES/STOLES - KEEPING WARM!

Hi all
Im back about the winter wedding again. Still cant find a long sleeved wedding dress - went to the outlet in Bromley today and they only had two that werent right at all for me.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has worn ankle boots for their wedding? Im worried it might snow or be icy and think it might be more suitable than just a shoe. I have tried googling but cant find any other than a very very cheap plasticky looking pair. I am also thinking about wearing a fur jacket so that I dont freeze that day?

Has anyone bought or seen anything similar?
Thanks!

I have a friend who makes tiaras and other wedding bits, she once had a job decorating some trainers for a bride getting married on a farm.

My cousin had a short dress and Victorian style boots that laced up similar to these www.nicenicestore.com/wedding-shoes/wedding-boots/oak-tree-farms-white-wedding-boots.html

Wedding dresses don't seem to have sleeves at all these days, let alone long selves but you could have a jacket made in the same material or a fur shrug.

We got married in November and it was very chilly! My dress was heavy so that kept me fairly warm but I had a faux fur shrug from Debenhams. Have you tried googling weddington boots or what about some pretty wellies for outside? We also had heart shaped umbrellas. Good luck Flowers
