Entertaining Vegans !

Help me out with your favourite vegan dinner party dishes and hopefully ones that could also be adapted to incorporate fish / chicken but not absolutely necessary! Looking for perfect starter/ main course / dessert combos. I am going to hire a chef as ours a special occasion so I know they can suggest but prefer to hear from other vegans as want it to be super tasty! Thanks so much!

There is an aubergine dahl recipe from
Hello Fresh which is absolutely amazing. One of my favourite meals and I am a meat eater. I even made it for my very traditional meat loving family members and they all really liked it and asked for the recipe.
