He's moulting badly at the moment and leaving clouds of ginger fur all over. I've started combing him a bit more and suspected he had fleas. I just held him over a white towel, bribed him with dreamies and combed with a flea comb to check. Lots of little live critters but looking at them under a magnifying glass DH (Mr biology degree) has concluded that he has actually got thunderflies.
How can I be sure?
He's not scratching particularly more than usual.
