How do you get cat urine smell out of wooden floorboards?

My elderly tom cat has gone into the dining room and left a puddle. Despite cleaning with disinfectant, DH says the smell of cat urine is still very obvious (I have a bad sense of smell so can't say). Does anyone know how to get rid of the smell of cat urine? The floor = the house's original wooden floorboards.

TIA

Hmm Mom used to used Sugar Soap and/or vinegar with cat accidents. She had a very sensitive nose and she said it worked the best.
