Barking dog next door!!!

Neighbours got a dog approx 6 months ago, no prob when tiny puppy but bow us a nightmare - barks whenever they leave it.

Do know neighbour but not well, don't want to cause bad feeling but it's now getting beyond a jOke.

What can/should we do? Have contacted her via social networking site with brief, friendly (but very much to the point) message but as yet no improvement/response. We do not see her to speak to very often due to work etc. Becoming a nightmare, live in a terrace and it's v loud when it gets going

The dog has seperation anxiety.

What time of the day is the dog barking? Do you know if it is exercised, otherwise well looked after?
