Omg did anyone else notice claudias top lip? Really didn't think she would go for that sort of enhancement. It looks ridiculous. Especially as she wears a weird nude lipstick.

Is that it then? Will there be some kind of final on comic relief night? You're right motherofvikings they can't whet our appetites then leave us hungry for more.

Yes motherof and even I was fantasising about making a cake (it has remained a fantasy though Blush)!

Is it just me or was 4 episodes enough to hook me back in to GBBO but leave me pining for more? Confused

Oh god just watched the second one. They're all a lot more seasoned and Julia is annoying!

Well iplayer did its stuff, and the Sky box seems to have recovered.

I will admit to a slight reaction to 'the musk of Paul Hollywood' Blush

There hasn't been a final...

Oh can someone please tell me if the final will be repeated? Gutted I missed it. So are the kids.

That technical challenge was very funny! I can't stand Claudia anyway (she need a serious makeover) but she did make me laugh a couple of times, simply because she really didn't seem to be taking it seriously?

I am completely not inspired to make a lemon meringue pie though Grin

Have you seen the recipes are on the BBC website? I'll be doing Mary's bakewell at the weekend.

I just zoned out - when's the final?

ILoveOnionRings · 24/01/2013 21:00

As irritiating as Julia Bradbury - even more so

I think Paul and Mary agree with us!

beanandspud · 24/01/2013 20:43

I think you're being too kind Viva - she is very, very irritating.

Report
VivaLeBeaver · 24/01/2013 20:38

I'm finding Claudia quite irritating.

Arithmeticulous · 24/01/2013 20:37

And doesn't Mary like Ed Shock

Report
Arithmeticulous · 24/01/2013 20:37

That has indeed 'been on a journey' Grin

When they first said lemon meringue, I said to DH 'I could make one of those' but now I am not to sure

Report
beanandspud · 24/01/2013 20:32

I used to love lemon meringue pie... some of these are truly dreadful!

Lost her voice, onionRings.

Had to laugh at Mel's box-ticking joke
