Need help for friend's daughter!

Friend's daughter, let's call her B, is turning 9 on Friday and I want to get her something to wear (ideally for under £15).

B is quite fashion conscious, and is pale skinned with blue eyes, very blonde hair and red, red lips.

What colours will look good on her??? I saw a lovely mint green and grey t-shirt and pale grey skinny jeans for £16 but think those colours would wash her out...?

HELP!!!

check out H&M - they have some great clothes for this age range. I have a dd (7) with same colouring (she doesn't like red.....) but looks great in red/pink combos and turquoise/blues.
