Is there such a thing as a cheap but good bikini?

3 years of preg and bf-ing has left my boobs in need of substancial support but all the department store bikinis seem to be the useless triangles of fabric that only people with perky boobs can pull off.

have checked out some of the better brands but my god! the price!

are there any cheap, well fitting bikinis out there?

that's what i was thinking.... although am relieved he didn't pick the buxom blonde

it says suedette but doesn't look like what i think of as suedette. would be weird on a bikini wouldn't it? cute bikini though.

Well I've just measured myself according to the chart and am 38C with the waist of a 16 as it's 32". I wear a size 12 though and it's quite roomy? Need to get some new bras though by the looks of it. I used to be 34DD according to the bra lady.

PinkTulips · 03/06/2007 15:03

actually according to this you're right!

i'm 97cm round the boobs with a 34 band so smack bang on the border between DD and E cup

(dp had great fun cupping my boobs for me while i measured that lol!

yes the cup sizes chnage as the back size go up
so a B cup on a 28 is a LOT smaller than one on a 38, they dont jsuts ram the same cup on different back sizes

PinkTulips · 03/06/2007 14:58

that doesn't sound right?!

although dp would have a grin a mile wide if i told him he had an E cup girlfriend lol

i miss the days when i was a perky 34C that could buy a bra anywhere and it would fit!

Any chance you could get measured? I bet there are loads of mners who have bikinis they don't want. Probably hardly worn too?

You've got me looking now though my tum may only warrant a tankini

i'm back down to a 34 band width (yippee) but a victoria secret bra that i have that's 34D is too small on the cup, yet a dunnes bra that i have that's 36D is too loose on band and cup

have tried measuring but according to that i'm a 38 band! which i dispute!
