Which bras during pregnancy!?

They have ballooned in pregnancy! My normal wired ones hurt and prod now.
Need some non wired I suppose? Or maternity? Also which nursing bras are recommended for after?

I've got the Panache Sophie Soft Cup bra. It's non-wired, comfortable and supportive, and it's not half as fugly as the others I looked at. The soft cup version seems to be only available in black (I wanted the pink but it was out of stock in my size) but there is also a nursing version which is the same bra but you can unclip it for breastfeeding. I actually bought that (even though I'm pregnant with no baby to breastfeed yet!) as it's available in a nude colour which goes under everything.

I do recommend going to Bravissimo for a fitting. They have a few non-wired styles and give consistently good fitting advice. The main advice in pregnancy is to get a bra that fits on the tightest hook, so you can loosen it as your rib cage expands.

I also got a 2-pack of non-wired sports bras from M&S, they're not pretty and don't fit as well as the Sophie bra, but at least I have something else to wear when it's in the wash Grin

I just got remeasured for new underwire bras, once I bought the correct size they were comfortable again, personal preference but I hated the look of my boobs in an non wired.

I just bought normal bras in my ever expanding sizes. Non wired were not giving enough support.

Yes to the panache Sophie nursing bra! I bought one two years ago and have worn it every week, about three times a week, since. I have another beige nursing bra from bravissimo too that's also good. Name has worn off the label though so not sure which one it is!
