Can you help me find this skirt?

Saw a lady wearing it today...

Two layers... under layer was plain sort of just above knee plain black pencil / straight skirt

Top layer was slightly lnger / just below the knee, a sort of voile / sheer fabric with horizontal fairly thin stripes all across it, slighly wider / not a straight skirt

It looked really nice and it was a skirt i could wear for going out as ihatedressing up!

Can anyonefind it?
