Wedding tomorrow need something to keep me warm!

I have a wedding tomorrow. I have this dress from next:

It actually looks good, but I have nothing to keep me warm and forecast for tomorrow isn't great. The one shrug I have is a bit baggy and I think makes me look massive.

Issue is I am wide on the bum/hips and have small boobs/top half. So I need something to keep me slim on top. I also need to be able to get it from a high street shop today in my lunch break! (possibly before 12 tomorrow when wedding is)
