Anyone fancy a "what are you wearing" on a hot Saturday thread?

Most of the summer clothes, worn, uncomfortable or in the wash.

So maybe a very light but too low cotton dress- blue with big fuzzy white paisley swirls and Tom's ( and no bending over as everything is visible to the navel). Or gap boyfriend shorts with……oh I don't know a boring vest top?

Is anyone doing better than me for dressy in clammy weather?!

I went to a v busy beach for the day, it was lovely.

Wore ancient yellow tiny denim shorts which I'm clearly too old for a red Calvin Klein bikini with studs a bit like the rockstud stuff, and a white cotton sleeveless top (New Look).

Felt good but agree with the poster above who feels bloated and fat in this weather - I seem to swell up!

In loose Hush trousers and the same sleeveless white top now. I should have a shower to get the sand off but having just got the kids to bed it's time for a Wine before I do anything else.

I'm wearing pyjama shorts and an orange t shirt. I'm going out in a couple hours and I have no idea what to wear. I've put on about 5 pounds in the last two weeks as i've been suffering from migraines from the heat and missed all my gym classes and I look and feel like absolute shite.
Sad

Scotland rugby top, a flowery skirt, copious face paint and a giant Saltire worn as a cape. Melting, completely melting.

I went for the, 'loose t-shirt therefore look slightly fatter but norks less out there' look.

Now sitting in full make up and bra and pants, too hot to get dressed to go out.

I am wearing a metallic sparkly pale blue knitted vest top from Next and my knee shorts also from next. I have a pair of DM slip on chunky sandals on my feet.

Did not plan well today. Went to Southampton in t shirt and 'active 'pants. The t shirt was not an ordinary cotton one. Well, it is but one of the stretchy material ones. I was dripping. However when I got back and had to shop locally, I put on my best friend of the moment - a black and white striped dress from George at Asda. It is in size 20, shorter than I normally wear (never before knowingly worn a short dress without leggings etc), but hell people, it is hot out there and I think it looks nice. I have seen a woman larger than me wear it in any case. Some times you just need a cool dress/whaever that doesn't need zips or buttons. Something you can literally just throw on.

However I have real problems with bras in this heat!

Another favourite is a dress from Primark with blue and whie and bits of orange in it - loud floral. That is shorter than normal -but what you gonna do in this heat???

Navy and white stripe jersey maxi skirt with a high split up the side, Havaianas and a white bandeau top. Hair up off my neck in a messy high bun and a big pair of Coach sunnies.

Thanks, Noddy. Stupidly though, although cotton, the lining is polyester.

Jeans cut off into shorts (pretty short but not hotpant short) and a t-shirt. Converse when I went out earlier.

Going out later to the pub and then for a meal, but not sure yet what I'll wear. This dress maybe

Boden camisole in a purply-blue colour & an ancient ( approx 20 years old) floaty long cotton skirt in shades of purple, blue & turquoise. Black sparky fit flops which I'll be changing for heeled strappy black mules when I go out in a few minutes.

Went out earlier in floral shorts and a grey vest top. Got too hot back at home swatting flies with my new electric zapper tennis racket thingy (thanks Lidl) so reverted to grey playsuit, no bra, feet in bucket of cold water.

Dexter you are awesome!

This morning I took dd9 into town for a haircut and then lunch. Wore New Look black bandeau style jersey jumpsuit with a Next straw hat and gold Havaianas.

I'm spending the afternoon in the garden and am wearing Gap denim shorts and a bandeau bikini top.

Boyfriend jeans, white tshirt and tan leather sandals.

Very boring and a bit too hot but have a massive bruise on my already blue legs, so went for jeans.
