Why does she poke around so much with that extraction tool? I'm sure if she 'got under' them properly with her fingers, they'd squeeze out all in one, including the crusty bits she breaks up.

For doing it at home (not really):

1. Break the surface skin with a scalpel
   
2. Dig around with what aim exactly???
   
3. Use thingy to pop it out.

I often wonder when I watch these about the level of self-neglect required to grow such massive blackheads. I'd love to go to town on someone's blackheads but don't think I could ever develop these things on myself to such an extent!!
