<KLAXON> Massive spot near ear - photo included!!

For a couple of days I've had a sore bit just by my ear. I've just got DH to take a picture of it and its a HUGE white spot. It's sore sore and I need to perform home surgery I think. What's the best way to pop it. Nothing happens when I squeeze!

I find a big dab of mag sulph or just Sudocrem quite good overnight, with a plaster over it. Less painful than forcing before it is ready. Be careful with plaster placement near your hairline, maybe enlist your DH.

Or have you got an empty glass beer bottle? You could heat it under a hot tap and then stick the empty hot bottle over the spot to make a vacuum.

Hot flannel - as hot as you can bear, and then mag sulphate overnight.

Then, obviously, you have to post another photo in the morning!
