Hi, im hoping some of you might be able to help please?

We are currently in an affordable housing property and was back on the list to bid for 3 bed. My youngest is diagnosed with ASD and SPD, the doctor did us a letter last year explaining she needs her own room for medical reasons. This was accepted and we have been bidding for 3 beds, we were no3 or 2 on most so it was very close. I received an email to say it was due for its yearly renewal so I uploaded all documents/payslips etc.

They have now stated we now earn over the threshold for a joint income for social housing due to my partners new job, (before tax), so have kicked us off with immediate effect. Can I please ask if anyone has had the same issue and can we argue this because of our youngest documents/letters from the Dr? Private renting in this area is impossible due to cost😣
