7 year old with fairly extreme sensory issues - clothing refusal

Has anyone experience of this?? Our 7 year old has been quite tricky with sensory issues and clothing since birth, especially finding underwear and shoes/socks uncomfortable, often getting extremely distressed due to the discomfort. It's as if the clothing is unbearable to wear. There's also been a lot of complaints from her about still being "wet" after using the toilet. She is aware this is different, and sometimes opens up and says she does not like herself because she is different and people don't understand. Recently however, these things have become worse, and she's refused to wear anything at all for a week and a half. Obviously she can no longer go to school, social events, activities etc. We're struggling to know what to do next. Attempts to get professional help are ongoing. It's tricky because this does not fit a usual pattern of neurodiversity (e.g. autism). Her social skills and friendships are find and she does well at school. We've tried all the usual steps of softer or tighter clothing, rewards, allowing her greater choice, school have made exceptions from the uniform policy. We even tried forcing clothes to get her to activities she enjoys (the meltdowns are very extreme). No luck however. The clothes seem to be causing her unbearable discomfort that is worse than anything she can imagine. Has anyone else got experience of this and what did you do??
