Whales have to eat. Just eat something. Being starving hungry is it conducive to a successful weight loss journey

Have something high in protein, quickly scramble or boil an egg and keep some boiled in the fridge for snacks going forward, they're a perfect filling little snack.

If you have no eggs, weigh out 20g cheese, or have a slice of sandwich meat if you have some in the fridge, or a 30g serving of nuts.

Preferably you need something with a lot of flavour so it lingers and you can nibble it rather than just have it in one bite.

Once you have satiated the beast, write up on here what you ate today so we can critique and give you tips for more filling meals that don't leave you starving.

Ideally, between meal snacks should be speed or protein foods, but if you're wanting a carb fix, it's better to have something that's free than something full of syns.
Aldi's SW- dupe frozen chips are free: a plate of them would fill you up.
And, as PP said, make sure that your main meals are satisfying enough.

Make some thick lentil and vegetable soup, it really fills you up! Oh, and drink enough water throughout the day! Sometimes you feel hungry when you're actually thirsty.

Olives or gherkins make great nibbles if you're a flavour and crunch seeker. Very low calorie. High in salt but in the hotter months we need and crave more salt
