How to motivate myself??

He all, I'm debating whether to rejoin S/w through virtual classes. I did sign up online a few months ago but my motivation and will power proved to be non existent.
I don't know if it's through sheer tiredness or laziness really. I've got two dc under two and am on maternity leave, my other half recently lost his job and has decided to write a book so he's still not here in the day as he's writing his book away from the house so he has peace and quiet. So I'm mostly on my own with the kids. I just end up craving sweet things and giving into that craving. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and it's really getting me down. But then I end up eating my worries away (temporarily)
I just need a massive kick up the behind I think.
Did anyone else struggle in the beginning?
I lost a stone while going to classes between pregnancies so know it's achievable I just can't seem to find the ooomph within myself at the moment. If you've read this far then thank you!

Buy some nice new clothes in a smaller size, and hang them up where you will see them every day.
Find pictures of yourself at a size which you’re aiming for. Stick them up to remind you.
Break your goal down into small steps, and reward yourself when you achieve them. Celebrate your success with others - ring a friend or a family member.
Write a list of things that you will enjoy/be able to do better when you’ve lost weight.
