I have under active thyroid and am really struggling to shift excess weight -maybe completely unconnected and just age related as I'm 54 post menopausal . Thinking of trying SW - just wondering if anyone has any experience to help me work out whether this is a good plan for me? I'm fed up of starting diet doing a few weeks hardcore and then staying exactly the bloody same weight- argh!!!!!
I m doing couch to 5k slowly as well so get some but not much exercise.
