So DH has decided to follow the plan at home and not "go to them crappy classes"
He is out on the road a lot and can be here there an everywhere. A lot of the time it is on call outs so he never knows where he will be and when. Quite often it is late evening when he gets home.
What suggestions can I give him for dinners... bearing in mind he is usually in his van on the go.
I want to suggest tasty things to keep him on plan. If he gets fed up or "hangry" he will fall of the SW wagon straight away and I really dont want him to as I know he will be a lot happier with a few lbs off.
He's just had to go to a job which means he wont be home until at least 9pm. Ive told him to try & find somewhere that does jacket spuds, he needs something warm as he has an outdoor job.
I am thinking a food flask is the way forward so will go and get him one this weekend.
