Doing SW "on the road"

So DH has decided to follow the plan at home and not "go to them crappy classes"

He is out on the road a lot and can be here there an everywhere. A lot of the time it is on call outs so he never knows where he will be and when. Quite often it is late evening when he gets home.

What suggestions can I give him for dinners... bearing in mind he is usually in his van on the go.

I want to suggest tasty things to keep him on plan. If he gets fed up or "hangry" he will fall of the SW wagon straight away and I really dont want him to as I know he will be a lot happier with a few lbs off.

He's just had to go to a job which means he wont be home until at least 9pm. Ive told him to try & find somewhere that does jacket spuds, he needs something warm as he has an outdoor job.

I am thinking a food flask is the way forward so will go and get him one this weekend.

I've seen people making egg wraps. Basically a really thing omelette acting like a tortilla wrap. You could put some meat and salad in it?

A food flask sounds like a good idea: you could put soups, stews , chilli, curries, etc in it.
There's lots of SW "all in one" recipes to try.
H e needs to want to stick to the plan, though, and at the moment, I can't help thinking that you sound more motivated for him than he does for himself.

Thanks for the suggestions.
It's not that he's not into it it's just that if it's easy for him he's more likely to enjoy it.
Due to work he's very haphazard with his meals. He misses meals and then eats shite cos he's hungry and needs something there and then because he's "starving"
He doesn't think beyond the 5 mins in front of him so I will need to plan some meals for him just to get him going and to show him that he can do it while out and about, it just takes a bit more organisation - which isn't a strong point of his Hmm
Sw is very easy to do if you plan ahead.
I'm thinking if I put enough food in his flask for potentially 1 large/2small meals even if his job runs over, he may still have something left to snack on to stop him bingeing on crap

How about a steady stream of skin-free chicken drumsticks and cut up veggies (carrot sticks, cucumber sticks. Red pepper) and apples?

DP has a job that involves all those things as well...

He just stops at a supermarket and buys things like, fruit, cold meat, salads, mug shots, yoghurts and then gets whatever I've made for dinner whenever he gets home.

Don't forget he's got an extra 10 syns as well, so he'll still be able to grab some of what he usually has.
