I struggle with 'treat' foods. It's not a treat. Not to me

I can't be added with syns as treats either. I don't feel part of the sw gang but really can't get my head round this part of sw at all

Waitrose chocolate frozen yogurt. 15 syns for whole tub (Ben and Jerry size) and it tastes like really rich chocolate ice cream. Or a curly wurly 6 syns.
