Shift working and group

Hi, sorry if this had been asked before but I'm off to work in a minute and this will end up as one of those "should have asked but forgot due to life".

I can't commit to a same day every week group due to not working set days. So really it'd be better for me to either weigh every two weeks, or weigh a day early or late every week. But when I tried weight watchers years ago I was having to pay monthly so obviously not getting all for my money as I'd miss group.
If I join SW, can I pay weekly so I can be flexible with weigh ins? And will I be constantly badgered to pay monthly and commit to a day?

That's good to hear.
My rota isn't set so it's not like I know what I'll be working in three weeks for example. It's generally just all over the place, different days off every weeks.

I guess I'll just go and see how it goes.

Tell your consultant you're a shift worker. Wherever possible, try to weigh within the week (because I know if I miss a week's WI, I find it really hard to stay on track properly) but if you're down on the system as a shift worker, and inform your consultant that you can't make a week because of a shift, you don't have to pay back fees or take the week as holiday.

If you're a shift worker you can book in your shifts in advance at pay and then it won't charge you for those next time.

But, you'd be better just going to a different group that week really.

Does paying back fees mean if I miss a week, the next time a go, I'll have to pay two weeks?

Hi - at SW you pay weekly, but you also have to pay back fees if you miss a week. You do get 6 weeks off as "holiday" a year, though...

When you join, you can tell your consultant if you're a shift worker, and you don't have to go to the same group each week, once you've joined you can go to any group you like to weigh! (I was visiting my mum on the other side of the country last week and weighed at a group there rather than wasting a week's holiday)...
