Do I need an Actifry?

I would be happy to do chips in the oven, but if they are going to be nicer I'll get an Actifry. What do you think?

I only use our actifry for chips. I chuck them in a microwave pan for five minutes and then put them in the actifry with some Nando's peri peri salt and frylight. I love them, and love that I can chuck them in and not worry about them. The actifry also makes McCain home chips absolutely sublime.

I dont have an actifry..to do chips in oven i dont even par boil, cut potatoes with skin on(washed),into wedges.straight on tray fry light and sea salt..absolutely lovely

I don't use it. Personally I don't think it makes a huge difference but loads of people love it.
