falling off

Hi all, been on (&off) sw for ever. This time its taken 4 months to drop 9lb. I have 10 to go to my target,11-7.
It doesn't seem much to worry about but getting chuffed off by slow progress. Going to fall off soon, any words of wisdom from lovely mneters.just might need kick up the a-£=.x
Is it just me being slow.

No words of wisdom, annie, but after several failed attempts and even more weight piled on, I'm looking to start again today.

Just noticed the date of your post, how have you been getting on?

If you fancy wiping the slate clean today, and starting again with me, that'd be great, but no pressure if you're calling it a day.

I was going to start a new thread for new re/starters, but then came across yours.
