I mean really.... I've just put one in the oven for lunch which weighed 370g!!! I intend to have it with cheese (heA) and tuna (free). I will have my 1/3 of superfree as a bowl if fruit steaight afterwards. Tell me how how how can I lose weight eating like this?! I'm not normally into jacket spuds so I've never thought of it before!
Also, if I have cheese as heA is it ok to have 200mls milk and syn it?
Thank you! X

It is, but my SW consultant warned me to watch out that the fruit wasn't an extra that I didn't really want just to make the main ok, IYSWIM - as I understand it a salad on the plate would be better. I think, anyway!
Yes it's ok to have extra milk and count the Syns. I do this with cheese sometimes.

My jacket pots come in the size Asda have them on the day I go shopping - some ARE extra large, I must admit

The official sw line is that they should be about the size of your fist.
