I did the Great North a few years ago Lenin. Great atmosphere and loads of runners who were even slower than me,which was good for morale.

Well yes, but I mean it should be possible to just ignore what someone is saying yourself without MN having to provide a function to tell your user preferences to remove what they are saying so that you don't have to see it.
