MN nicknames - think there should be a list

I have had quite a few different MN names in my time, but I finally decided I would stick with Pyjamaqueen and have been feeling rather settled. Now I'm seeing Pyjamagirl around rather a lot and I expect people probably think we're the same person.

Could we have a list of nicknames so that people can check the list before choosing and avoid duplication?
