PDAs - which one should I get?

I gave up on my coal powered Palm Pilot some years ago because I couldn't stand the frustration of writing on the table, and resorted to good old fashioned paper and pen. But with my new job I need to come back into the 21st century.

So do you have a PDA that you love? What's good about them? What features should I get/avoid? And cost?
