days of rear facing seem to be over for me

well my 22 month old has decided he prefers a bog standard pushchair to his vigour-I am gutted. So now i am on the hunt for a good sturdy yet lightweight stroller- must have a hood and recline in various settings- hood pref have viewing panel-also- must have good suspension as i live in cobbled area. is there a stroller wiht air tyres apart from air trophy (he does not like the opera seat unit)

widowwadman i agree- why having a child pointing away from you. I love to talk to my little one and point at things- if he is forward facing he cannot see my lipe, my expression etc. I have decided to keep him rear facing for walks etc and shopping and forwar dfacing for naps. Now i am at work- the pushchair is hardly going to be used anymore.

My 2.8 year old is still rear-facing when she is in the pushchair. Not boring at all being able to chat to whoever is pushing you.

What WidowWadman said. Also, why on earth would you be 'gutted' not to have a child who is almost 2 rear facing? He must get so bored! Surely it's much better for him to see where he is going?
