need help stokke bugaboo spin or another?

Got a buzz 4 and I just don't like it it feels massive and heavy so looking at selling and buying something else

Like the bugaboo chameleon stokke xplory or the mother care spin

Any comments on these I want a 2 way facer and a carrycot option bubba is 4 weeks

PS...My DD never spent ages in the Frog seat and i never really used it for walking around while she napped.

Yes she was...She had a very strong neck and back from birth, just like i did...She eventually sat unaided at 17 weeks old...Years ago ie in the 80's and early 90's most babies were in bucket type seats from birth, though Silver Cross provided a 'wedge' with theirs to make the seat flatter, Silver Cross Wayfarer...Maclaren Dreamers didn't...Mind you there's a lady near me with a Frog, i noticed she padded out the mattress and had the carrycot on a tilt, guessing so the baby could see out...Then laid it horizontal when the baby slept.

Yea I think ds is getting nosy at 4 weeks lol was she ok in the. Seat at that age ?

My DD refused to lie in the Frog carrycot by 8 weeks of age as she was born nosey...But length wise she'd have been fine up to about a year but she is a shortie...Bugaboo carrycots are pretty lengthy.

How long did the carrycot last for?

Canvas are better, especially in summer as the fleeces get too hot.

I have both the Cam and Xplory but if I had to choose between them then the Cam would win in terms of ease to push and ability to cope with rougher terrain - the Xplory doesn't have suspension and particularly in carrycot mode it can be a bumpy ride for baby.

The height is lovely on the Xplory though, it's great having DS up high at my level.

I think I want the bugaboo after some researching think I'll buy the base off mother care with the 10%off code then get some fabrics on eBay
Are fleeces or canvas better?

I have the cameleon and love it. Really easy to push. However in a small boot it can be a hassle, to get it in polo i need to take wheels off and not much room for shopping.

Cameleons are very easy to push though the Frog is even easier i found...I've had both.

I could push my Stokke with one hand and my ds was a bit of a chubber! Lol
I would recommend it to anyone - I agree that it can take up a bit of room, although when you get the knack of making it as small as it can go it should be okay.

I want a carrycot, 2 way facing, something sturdy enough to go through the snow and walk the dogs and preferably fit in a Clio but I'm changing car anyway soon and oh has a 4heel drive so that's not too important! Also have a 5 yr old so want to hold his hand if possible so don't want something heavy

How do you find the bugaboo wanted one when I was pg but then decided to go for the buzz and kicking myself now !

Does the bugaboo feel heavy to push iyswim?

I have the cameleon and the xplory and are both great! Never tried the spin so cant comment on that. The xplory is a bit of a space user though if you dont have somewhere to store it? Any particular requirements? :)
