No one interested in our house... Overpriced?

Just interested in opinions... Listed our house for £725k 2 weeks ago, 2 viewings no offers Reduced to £700k a week ago, no interest or viewings at all. Another (pretty much identical) went under offer on the market at £750k 6 months ago so we feel like we have taken into account the market dropping. Feel like our only option is to drop the price again, right?!
