Carrying on letting with all the new regs?

There is so much changing daily that it is quite tricky now.
I have had to be very persistent to getting in to do checks etc
that I am not sure an agent would be any use either.
Also with this repeal of Section 21 is this not going to make
things worse (as it does not address the real issues like shortage
of housing? Any advice welcome
