I don't mind the colours so much, but the clutter, at least that would go with the current owners. The yellow would have to go.

I know as none of my indoor plants are full of dust or spiders
oh, they are.

I don't like all the plants in the bedroom. They look like they'd be full of dust and small spiders/insects - would give me the heebie jeebies sleeping in the same room as them.

Slightly irrational I know as none of my indoor plants are full of dust or spiders to my knowledge Grin

It looks like a primary school classroom. It probably took years of 'sourcing' and 'up cycling' to achieve, but it's not for me. Where's the calm and relaxation?

MIL would call that "right cheery".

So many plants, ugh fuck off.
Not my style per se, but would love a few pieces of the furniture!

I really like the ivy round the shower curtain Blush

I've got a headache just looking at the pictures. But I am a fan of white paint and no ornaments nic nacs or pictures.

I know reallytired ...although it's not 3-bed, it's 2-bed!!! I would love to live there as it's right opposite my dc school but we are priced out so had to settle for a cheaper part of town 2 miles away.

I doubt if it's so garish in reality, those photos have the colour saturation turned up to 11.

I absolutely adore it but I don't think I could live in it!

Underneath the riot of eccentricity, it's a pretty normal house though. The kitchen is very bland once you take all the decoration out.

I like it and I love the garden!

I am shocked by cost of a three bed terrace in Brighton.

Lordy.

The owners possibly own a hotel in Brighton. I stayed in one once with very similar detail on a hen weekend. I can confirm it is not compatible with a hang over. When I woke up i realised the room had Astro turf not carpet. Gave myself a friction burn going to the bathroom Grin

It is quirky, but I would have to tone it down. I couldn't live with it as it is. However, only one bathroom and loo would be a deal breaker for me.

I love it, I just could never live in it. And I love the outside is a little oasis of bright yellow in a row of boring beige.

Once you look past the riot of colour, it's amazingly neat and everything is displayed beautifully.

ChampagneCommunist · 20/09/2016 22:49

I like it, but I would have to tone down the kitchen.

It seems quite high maintenance though, lots of plants & ornaments & bits - not sure I'd be up to the dusting

Not my taste but it has a certain (loud) appeal. It's Brighton though. So allowed.

Canadian that bus is actually parked at the top of my road Grin

I kinda like it, not sure it'd be so cool when dd2 gets up for the day at 4.30 though

Not quite to my taste but has character and style!

Ohh thank god I was questioning my taste. Except for the completely out of place bog standard red rug I love that house. Eclectic mix but charming.
