I have a question about dla delete if not allowed but My son has chronic lung disease he’s no longer on oxygen but wakes up wheezy in the night we have to prop him up and give his inhalers and check his sats sometimes up to 5 times a night is it likely we’ll stay at high rate care? I know you guys aren’t moderators etc just a guesstimate ge has developmental delays also so there are other needs too just trying to gauge it ?

Depends on his age as well and if he requires more care than the average child. Don't forget most young children require help through the night.
That said if he's like 6 +then yes I'd imagine so.

He's 2 but I'm thinking most children don't need repositioning due to breathing or recieve meds through the night so I'm hopeful he's also being assessed for autism

@Happy03 I'd ask in the SN Children section about the DLA, there are a few MNers with experience of it in there Flowers
