Hi ladies,

Currently 8 weeks until my due date but now things are opening up again I’m finding myself having to wear bras again and man does that underwire dig in so badly lol. Does anyone have any recommendations for non underwired maternity/nursing bras? I’ve seen cheaper ones on the likes of boohoo and mid range from Next? Any advice?

I think it depends on your size... I have gone from a 34D/DD to a 36 E (and I'm only 28 weeks!!) But for me, the cheap boohoo/H&M etc ones would do diddly squat! If you were smaller, I'm sure they would be just fine.

M&S do decent quality ones at a reasonable price - and I have some crop top type sleep bras from Asda (super cheap) ready to wear with pads at night when baby comes.
I've ordered a few "expensive" ones from Cake Maternity, but they've not arrived yet. I decided I wanted a couple of "nice" bras to make me feel a bit better about myself!

The Blooming Marvellous t shirt style ones from Boots are supportive without being underwired. I loved mine last time and was gutted when Mothercare went (BM was their brand) and equally delighted when I found them among the stuff that Boots took on! £30 for a pair I think.

Seraphine's bamboo ones are the comfiest things ever - not sure I'll ever get out of them post baby 😂 they are a little pricey but worth it I think.

I got these. They’re cheap and super comfy. Plus good for nursing afterwards.

I got these or very similar ones from Amazon and I've worn them everyday for the past 18 months and they're still going strong!

The M&S ones are so comfortable, the ones I got were non wired and have removable pads, and came in a pack of black and white, about £30 for two. It is really worth finding a bra that's not only comfy in pregnancy but also does the job for breastfeeding! Can't recommend enough. I had a range of other nursing bras and never wore them again after wearing the M&S ones. Think the sizing is small medium large etc so worth trying on in store if possible.

Just got these in another size up after my initial ones that were a size up are basically cutting me in two from how tight they’ve got. Only have 7 weeks to go but these are the comfiest things ever ! www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.0970033001.html
