@alphabetti baby girl due 08/12/2020 but induction booked for 02/12/2020 - will be my 3rd.

Had a quick sweep done by midwife at GP today and it wasn’t too bad just a little uncomfortable. Cervix still high up but 1cm dilated. Baby’s head 4/5 engaged and I’ve been losing some mucus and getting lots of pressure below so she thinks that’s all good signs. I keep getting my partner to put his daddy voice on and tell baby to get a move on 😂

I’ve been taking pregnancy vitamins (cost £5.50) and looked at the next stage ones for breastfeeding and they cost £15.50. Was a little unsure if they would be worth it or just pricey as they know new mums will pay for them but midwife said she did recommend if could afford so think I’ll get some.

@amyyy1 I've got most of my presents we only doing our kids this year as money very tight due to covid etc so all the families are sticking to there own but still have a bit to do and gotta musta up the energy to get done all next week lol and wow yes sounds like it Is gonna be hectic for you moving house etc

@Kj1010 Not long to go now!! I've got all my presents sorted and wrapped - usually I leave everything till the last minute but I didn't wanna risk it with how busy I may be with the baby and that we get the keys to our new house on 19th Dec so it's going to be very hectic!!

I've been getting bh but know it ain't labour coming as little sod breech lol 11 days till csection but 18 days till due date gotta say I am getting excited a little cant wait for the shops to open though want to finish off my presents etc so I'm all ready gonna start sticking my xmas decorations up around the house and hopefully get my tree the weekend and up is anyone else still got quite a bit to do b4 baby comes or are you all set ?

As you can tell, no news from me last night. Just over a week to go but wish this baby would hurry up!

I even asked my mother in law last night (who makes all sorts of random home remedies which I normally scoff at) if she had any tips to get baby moving and her only advice was “time and god”. So not even any nutty ideas to try today. Back out for a walk it is then 😂
