Evening all! Smile
Since quite early on in my pregnancy on my left side mostly , sort of where you'd think ovary sits. If I move suddenly of get up from sofa etc I get a sharp pain , I can tell it's my muscle, not baby or womb I'm sure.
This morning sitting up in bed it knocked me sick ๐Ÿคข

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just the ligament ?

I'm worried my stomach isn't strong enough to carry the baby! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ

This is my second baby and I never felt it with my first.
Thank you xx

Itโ€™s round ligament pain - it really hurts doesnโ€™t it!

Round ligament pain most likely. Try rolling out of bed and standing more slowly.

Sardi28 · 24/05/2020 18:38

Omg, I didn't think that would be so painful! I feel like I'm getting a hernia each time! Lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
I'll do the rolling and be slower
We have a Doberman and the first time it happened I stood up quickly to stop her stealing food! Ouch!
Thank you both

I was coming to advise you stop playing with sharks and that will help the pain ๐Ÿคช

I had these pains too, really sore! Theyโ€™ve stopped now - I think because Iโ€™ve automatically started moving more slowly to avoid it

Sardi28 · 24/05/2020 19:08

๐Ÿ˜‚Thank you @Nelbert19 I feel better. I can't keep still so sometimes forget to go slow, but I'm learning!
No sharks here! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
