I went with Gary's suggestion, as it was quite awesome and indeed factual!

I like it. We threaten eBay at least once a week Blush

Well then how about "December 2011 - just one more bad night and they shall be sold on eBay!"

So what's the new thread title going to be? I vote for something along the likes of Contrary Little Buggers, C has been freakin' adorable all day. It's like he knew exactly how close we were to selling him on Ebay last night!

They obviously weren't good enough right for you. You are evidently meant for something better. It'll come.
BOi has his first full day at the CM tomorrow. It's such a long day too. Maybe I'll leave work a little earlier...

aw see it quite like peppa pig just not constantly, it is his new favourite though he can also be brought out of a teething related shit fit by ben and holly's little kingdom as i think it is the same voices as peppa pig. His utter fave is still in the night garden when it comes on he runs his finger over his other hand like the start of the show and the wooden boat. ITNG drives dh to distraction, must confess i hate those stupid wooden people (pontipines or something stupid) and i cannot stand mickey's clubhouse, special agent oso, jake and the neverland pirates they are just so bloody repetitive and have songs which make me wish i was deaf. I can just about sit through jungle junction and Waybuloo's........not that we have it on all the time you understand

QueenofClean · 18/02/2013 11:29

We don't have peppa pig on in our house. We have Disney Junior which consists of Mickey Mouse, Jungle Junction, the hive & Henry Hugglemonster. Not forgetting Winne the Pooh & Button Moon Grin

Note to self: severely limit BOi's exposure to Peppa Pig. It is most annoying.
Brian Cox - I see the attraction. Clever bloke, makes complicated stuff accessible, looks like the fairly attractive boy next door... Is still rather cute/boyish, despite evident intelligence. Sure of himself- but with a beguiling vulnerability... I don't know where my idea of vulnerability comes from. Probably his boyish haircut. Smile
Can I add a proviso here? I haven't yet caught up with the Wonders of the World, and entirely missed the 2 or 3 nights of looking up at stars with Dara. So if I come back and say "I'm in love" or "What an annoying t.....!", then I'm excused. I did catch 5 minutes of him sat in a bar, mixing up a cocktail to show DNA strings, and fell a little bit in love. I mean, how cool is that?

Hello all. Thankfully we had a good nights sleep last night, and monkey seems to be back to his chirpy self this morning (touch wood!) he's currently napping but waking up every ten minutes to giggle to himself then go back to sleep.

seven I think it must be your hormones! Can't see the appeal myself!

Figgy hope those teeth pop through soon. That much peppa pig would drive anyone to madness!

We're off for a run around the park in a bit since it's so lovely and sunny outside.

Best go, can hear DS shouting to his cot bars upstairs.

hi all. Sounds like it's been a busy/exhausting weekend with lots of sick babas. Hope the week goes better!

congrats on the exchanging aethel yay!

Fab weekend in Glasgow. Minim was clinging onto Mr. Mopsy this morning though, really didn't want him to go. I am clearly persona non grata :(

Sorry figgy and easily, hope they're back to themselves soon. Christ I hate Peppa Pig, thankfully DS did too, DD still has no interest in TV, watching it requires far too much staying still Hmm

oi sounds like a plan, best you get busy!

Glad you're feeling better northern, sounds like a busy few weekends ahead. Where in Norfolk are you going? We're on the Suffolk coast a few miles south of the border.

I'm watching Wonders of Life, and should be knitting but can't concentrate. Is Brian Cox actually pretty hot or is it my crazy pregnant lady hormones? Blush

AF has arrived at Ashworth Towers. Which I'm actually pleased about. After a very good, non-alcoholic January, February had been event-full with added alcohol - a hen night, a wedding, guests for 2 nights from work, and a 60th party. - not the best start for a pregnancy!! Shock
So, tomorrow, the diet starts, the booze stops, and the folic acid starts.
Sorry that C's been a grump easily, hope he Calms and sleeps tonight.
BOi has run himself ragged today. He's been the Duracell bunny today. Non-stop running around. I need a rest. I hope he sleeps.

Aethel if I get a BFP I'll be very surprised tbh.

Hope everyone has a peaceful week.

I hear ya, easily, we all get days like that. Hope the headache goes and you get some peace overnight.

POAS next week queen, just about anything can delay ovulation (including stress of wondering if you have a BFP due!)

Oh dear... just looked back at the thread and now we've got a bloodied and bruised figgy, a pox'd DS for aethel, two dribbly snot monsters for seven and easily (with extra added screaming in the last case)...

It's got to be a quieter week ahead!

Report
NorthernChinchilla · 17/02/2013 18:57

Exciting times for you ladies....

We've had a chilled one today; for me it's been one of my occasional 24 hour bugs, so have just been wiped out from Saturday to Sunday lunch. Feel fine now, and we're at least going to get our Thai curry and the evening fun (cough) if it kills me

Have just done housework, and DP took stuff to the dump, so we're fairly on top now. Got DS to the park as well, though it had gotten bloody freezing by that point.

Getting booked out now with friends and family until May; as we're so far away from everyone we had to do weekend visits, and so March and April have visits to Hertfordshire, Lancashire, Devon and Norfolk booked in already Confused!

Digits twisted for a peaceful week for all...

Sorry to post and run, will namecheck when I get a minuet BUT holy whinge fest. The crying and whining an screaming has given me a headache. No idea what is wrong with him, but he's got a runny nose and it chewing everything so probably teeth, but seriously. Seriously. I'm going out of my mind, today has been AWFUL.

No idea queen, but I was 8 days late before I got a BFP with Eva. I'm not ruling it out just yet.

Is it possible that ovulation could of been late due to having a bug?

Aethel hopefully chicken pox will be a mild case.

Love cookies. I just want to eat cake & chocolate - is that a bad thing.

Well I'm 2 days late and poas yesterday and BFN on asda cheapie test. AF doesn't even feel like she's on her way tho think my body playing tricks on me. I'll test again in week if still no AF.

Darcie gone on Brownie holiday and was her first over night there last night and we didn't get a phone call so she must be having a blast Grin

sorry been crap poster been so busy however, been lurking

I should have said I haven't even had a cookie, just the few handfuls of choc chips I had while I was baking have given me heartburn, you lot are welcome to them. And it only used two eggs, so not a huge success really.
