Hello All, I’m currently doing mediation to feel more love for myself and attract a loving relationship. Has anyone done this or any form of mediation and succeeded? I’m very new to mediation so anyone explain how to do it properly I currently follow YouTube videos.

thank you everyone

Yeah but be careful, be really specific about personality because that’s powerful stuff and you don’t want to get it slightly wrong

Are you talking about manifesting something of concentrating/focusing on something in order to explore the reasons behind your current situation and attempting to fix the underlying reason?

Do you mean a meditation?

I've got a master's degree in Mindfulness. I've also practiced transcendental meditation.
It sounds like you're leaning towards a self compassion meditation.
On YouTube check out Sharon Salzberg. She's a great one to get started with. Makes it really simple to understand and has reasonable length practices.
Kristin Neff & Christopher Germer are also experts in MSC - Mindful Self Compassion.
Another good starting point would be a course. https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/be-calm-be-happy-6-week-mindfulness-course-online-tickets-220112401117?aff=ebdsoporgprofile This comes highly recommended & you can choose the amount that us affordable to you.
Insight Timer is a good app to use and there is a plethora of tracks on there.
Good luck! 🧘‍♀️📿
