Makes sense to me. Gazing upwards is something I often do in a city environ. Good for the eyeballs too!! Always good to realise that the "ego" is an overinflation of a simpler state of being, which is a calmer more peaceful place in which to exist.

As well as the reduction in ego looking skywards has lent me the view of the numerous possibilities that are within myself in the ever expanding and contracting universe.

I love clouds :) Thanks Essbee x

Hi Paps! I was trying to share one of my things that I do with Lemmingswife but please do try it and see what you think! I'd love to know what you think.

I am lucky in that my bedroom overlooks fields etc so I get a fantastic view of the sky but even a glimpse would help i'm sure. Whenever i'm feeling either really stressed or really unsure of what to do, this is where I sit. I look out and take in everything up in the sky and realise how vast it is. I feel just in awe of it and helps me realise just how insignificant my stresses are in the big scheme of things. It's not to say that some things or we don't matter, it's more about focusing on the big plan rather than getting bogged down by unnecessaries.

Does that make sense? Smile

I am not keen on wishing for bad weather now summer approaches! but we have had the odd thunder storm will try the cloud eyeball thing. Is there anything else after thinking about how big the clouds are?

I feel in a state of cross eyed third eye confusion... i need to wake up more!

let your eyes adjust my dear! They will in time, once they have take it all in from the furthest cloud on the left to the furthest on your right. Think about how large they are.
