32 5, 4 and 2 TOMORROW!

none can swim. DS2 and Ds3 very water friendly, but local pool was v expensive where we used to live and like most pools operated a one parent one child rule, whcih with 3 under 5 effectively prohibited swimming (Dh would come, but couldn't make toddler group which was the only time they'd let in 2 kids as one IYSWIM, no-one else to accompany us).

Haven't been swimming since we moved, as no pool in village, will go one day perhaps but DS1 hates water and needs 1 on 1 just to get in, DS3 obviously needs 1 on 1, and ds2 is so water confident he dives if he doesn't have... 1 on 1!

So I'd need to be that two headed character I cant remember from hitchHikers!

2 kids, 43 (why that? Are you testing a theory about Older Mums?)

6yo ds can doggypaddle fine, so you could say he can "swim" I guess. He can do a wee bit (about 15m) of no-float, no-armbands, nearly recognisable front crawl.

4.5yo dd can doggypaddle too, but not as confidently. Would keep a very close watch if she were swimming without float or armbands.
