Does this look like acne/keratosis pilaris in my 9 month old baby?

FTP and really worried about these raised red and sometimes pus filled spots on her legs, arms and face.

About to call the doctors for a f2f appointment but really unsure what the outcome will be as she seems happy I'm herself, no temp and eating well.

We haven't changed detergent or any new foods. The only think I can think of is that I am on sertraline and breastfeeding.

Has anyone had anything similar with their babies?
