Hi

34+1 and starting the hopsital bag packing today.

What did you wish you took? Any recommendations? Anything a waste of space in the bag?

How many vests/sleep suits should I pack for DD?

Ahh that's the issue, our trust won't allow anyone in our our because of covid. DH can't even leave to go to the car once we're in the room. He's not even allowed down to the canteen so has to take pot noodles etc as we only have access to a kettle that the nurses can fill up. If he does he's not allowed back in so the dilemma is how many days to pack for with no option to get back up essentials :(

Take some nice shower gel, a sponge/body puff if you use one, a towel and deodorant for you to clean up afterwards. I also ended up wanting a razor but people can bring you things if you have a longer than wanted stay.

Start with 5-10 nappies and it'll see you through till someone can come and go for you.

How many nappies would you say we need to take. First born so no idea how many they go through on an average. Got loads of pads, lanisoh and pants :D
