I'm trying to look online but cant find much information if a bowling alley would be too loud for a 5 month old baby? I wouldn't want to damage his hearing, but not sure if being over paranoid?

It'll be just fine and won't hurt your babies hearing at all.Have fun and make great memories!

Do you mean the actual bowling? Whenever I go the music is much louder than the bowlers, whether it would be too loud for a baby isn't something that would have occurred to me, I would have no problem with it.

Absolutely fine, I took my then 6 week old bowling with dd over school holidays when he was a baby. Fed and slept through the whole thing.
