Any ukulele players out there?

I would love to learn this, but the chords are for guitar. Does anyone know what chords it would be on the uke?
I am an absolute beginner and have no idea how to convert them!

This helped me immensely at the start, the chords are so much easier to remember IMO than guitar chords but most songs (like the ones on ultimate-guitar.com) can be p,aged on the uke too.
