Compared to most the rest of the calendar year, how would you rate your mental wellbeing at the moment?

This does not make sense.

I think they have just missed 'of' out.

Ugh.

Having said that, it wasn't written by an American, was it? They have a tendency to mangle the English language leave random words out of sentences.
