RowanMumsnet · 07/06/2010 12:20

Following on from previous discussions about children with special needs and nappy provision, our magnificent colleagues at Every Disabled Child Matters have now set up a link through which you can email David Cameron to indicate your support for the campaign: click here to go to EDCM's site and send your email.

You can also see the campaign page here for the full text of the letter that has been sent to the Prime Minister.

I suspect that you are all clever enough to have understood this, but I just signed up and very nearly clicked away from the page after entering my details but before actually sending the letter to DC .

Just to be sure, you get 2 confirmation emails = one from EDCM, and one from Number 10.

sent my email, but wanted to add some more about the same problems for disabled adults (whom I work with), but could only type less than 3 lines - the restriction is 900 characters not 950 as stated. It would have been nice to have had a few hundred words to add wanted I wanted to say. After all, disabled children grow up and it is no better for adults - possibly worse. There is no-one to speak for them in a lot of cases and they often have less than £30pw of money to pay for essentials such as clothes, toiletries, trips and furniture etc.

Regarding said utter twat on the Mumsnet Facebook thread, how do I report? I've clicked on 'flag' but not quite the same as reporting??? Neither can I comment (which might be a good thing right now) but for the future, what is the tweet thing, why can't I leave a comment in the same way as other groups?

I've reported every one of her posts on there. If you want a laugh, click on her name and read her "quotes"- talk about up her own arse!
