I was given this book and thought it looked pap, not being a fan for the picture on the cover IYKWIM! But in the long wait for HPotter No 7 I read it to try to pass the time and I loved it.

In the end I felt as though I was reading about friends.

Have the tissues handy ;)

I got it..it arrived this morning hoping to start it sometime over weekend....PS: I used to howl at Watership Down, Incredible Journey etc exactly how many boxes of tissues am I going to need ?

probably TMI but off to bed with glass of vino to start reading (DH watching footie!)..

been caught out bawling over a book with a picture of a puppy on the front !!

Am finished..well what can I say it is a really warm fuzzy feeling kind of book, made me cry a lot too which is quite , glad I read it , wouldn't have chosen it but did enjoy it , which is what book swaps are all about aren't they?

and I read in a trashy magazine today that there is to be a film made of this..with Owen Wilson as lead!!

oh and Jennifer Aniston as the wife!
