Best low carb options from worky lunch places (Pret etc)

( I know I’d be better off making a pack up.)

Had anyone found any good low carb lunch options? We have lots of places to buy- Pret, Itsu, M&S, Waitrose etc. But Itsu seem to have stopped doing low carb options and I can’t face any more boiled eggs from Pret! Any good ideas?

I was about to say the boiled egg pots, but see that’s not very helpful!
M&S used to do some great sashimi lunch sets, but I haven’t seen them for a while.
To be honest, your options are limited, unless you’re happy buying a pack of nuts and some sort of meat and snacking on them. There are next to no pre-prepped meal options.

The Waitrose prawn cocktail is very low carb. Pret used to have nice salads but I've not been for years. Otherwise I used to just grab a pack of cooked meat/chicken thighs etc, a small salad and maybe a small individual cheese, or a sandwich filler/coleslaw but watch the carbs. Satay chicken sticks are low carb too. Pepperami but depends on how purist you are with regard to processed foods.

The egg bites ( omelettes) from Starbucks are ok and I have the Italian chicken salad from Pret and avoid too much dressing which could have added sugar ( there's mayo on the chicken anyway).

If you have M&S, could you buy a pack of chicken/salmon/cottage cheese etc and some salad bits?
