Morning campers.

Come and confess all on the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

So only three weeks left. I know that things have been moving quite satisfactorily for some of you, so hopefully these last three weeks can see a few more of those pesky pounds disappear.

I had a bit of an altercation with some sticky toffee pudding this weekend (at the PILs) so I've got my work cut out over the next few days to undo the damage!

Off for a run shortly ...

Tonight I haven't slept. My alarm goes off in less then an hour for me to start the day. I have discovered rather a lot of determination to do this right. Do this properly. I need to lose this weight. I need to stop this blood sugar swing craziness. It is not enough to have got to a point where i now eat 3 meals a day rather then avoiding food. It is not enough to know that I need to sleep properly and drink enough water. I need to do this right.

I am about to go find some breakfast. A couple of eggs scrambled with some buttered leeks and a cup of coffee.

I am going to take some baby bel to training with me.

As I shall probably sleep through lunch (let's be realistic), i shall have a very early lunch of a salad - which I shall make before i leave to go. Probably lettuce, celery, mayo, cheese and some ham

I am not sure what tea is going to be but I am thinking that it needs to be something mince based, possibly spag bol kind thing without the pasta. Easy to do for the carb eaters, easy to add to extra veg for me.

Am all stretched out and feeling ridiculously awake atm. I know this isn't going to last but I only have to get to 10am and then the majority of my compulsory part of the day has been done. The rest of it can be done to fit me thank goodness

This re-focus sees me starting from 73kg again. Damm it I am going to lose that last 10kg. I need to. Just one more way to keep the over all pain levels down!!! Perhaps this will even see me finally find some sort of order and structure to the things that most people take for granted; food and sleep. Something I can't even remember when I last managed properly. Probably before my first bout of chronic fatigue nearly 20years ago. God I have I really right royally fucked my body up for so long?

Today is a new day, a new start and a new way!!!

Waitrose reductions chicken special which was Ginger, chilli Chicken Breasts for £1 instead of £4.

Then I made a cheese sauce with bacon, mushrooms, gorgonzola, cheddar and cream cheese...all melted....added cooked cauli and broccoli and baked in the oven.

Twas fab-u-lous!!SmileSmile

Oooooo.....guess im doing bootcamp light then. I couldn't remember Smile but im not sure that I could go hardcore at the moment. Who knows, I might go onto bootcamp next week. Ive spent today and yesterday doing a tutor marked assignment for my Uni course and havnt felt the need to snack on lots of sweeties which is good.

Well done Molly I think you were going to do bootcamp lite and if so I reckon that is a brilliant start!

I have been at my parents house last night and ate dinner there again tonight with DD as DH is away. My dad makes the bestest low carb meals for me bless him (and usually a low carb dessert too!). I have however eaten far too much of it and did have some coconut that I won at the fair yesterday!!!!

ruby - I'm sorry, I missed your questions, and I'm guessing it's too late now!

I would have made the chunks smaller, personally - but it doesn't really matter, as long as they're cooked - but larger chunks will take longer to cook.

And no need to cut the rind off the cheese.

That sounds perfect, kotinka.

Are you drinking plenty of water as well?

Molly - sorry, I can't remember - are you doing Bootcamp or Bootcamp Light? If you're doing Bootcamp, no fruit! But your menu sounds good. Just keep an eye on the amount of dairy you're eating as it can impede weight loss for some people

Thank you.

BIWI, PLEASE tell me you have a book in the making. I love the Neris and India book, but with your knowledge and experience, you could knock them into a cocked hat. We'd all buy it!

Black I am so pleased for you with your course Flowers

Crabby, I looked at your blog and your photography is wonderful! Please tell me it's your job. If it's not, it should be.. You are a very talented woman.

Thanks for all the kind words about my redundancy situation. BIWI, you said yesterday that being kind to myself could involve making the right food choices. I don't think I have had better advice in the last decade. To end the redundancy process (for good or bad) 10lbs heavier because I am stressed, miserable etc and hitting the wine is nonsense. If I really want to take care of myself, I should try to make the right choices (yet forgive myself if I slip). This is not carte blanche to be a carby twat. I have therefore taken myself swimming (3k this morning), eaten buttered eggs and then done a whole build a bear party with only water to sustain me. Am now having a gin and slim to reward me whilst I wait for my chicken and mushrooms. I may end up out of a job for a while but I won't be adding to my load with an extra 10lb. You are a superstar for pointing that out. Thank you.

I love all the chat and read regularly, although I don'[t post as much as I'd like. Thanks for all the support. I do hugely appreciate it.

wow Black a brilliant and big step doing a 4 year psychology degree. Hope its great.

Mrs HP 4 lbs off, that's fantastic!

I don't know crabby what if you just stuck with the 2 glasses of white (not the red and the port?) Or how about this for a good reason:
You've got 1 lb off this week but what if you'd put it back on again by weigh in day tomorrow by having the wine?!

I'm starting to feel like buying a set of scales. I feel like I'm in a stall but I have no evidence!

Crabby - I'm feeling the same today. I think I will just write last week off and start afresh tomorrow. So I am about to have wine too. And I think I will even have carrots with my dinner. And maybe a roast potato. And then strawberries and cream. I know part of my problem is that I had so much crap earlier in the week.

But I just can't face making celeriac dauphinois.
